Responsibilities

  • Make calls and schedule in service appointments to effectively demonstrate how the product works within the clinical setting. 
  • Research new and existing business opportunities while contacting the business and forming positive relationships with the decision makers, office managers, and other influential members of the team. 
  • Engage with prospects and qualify their needs while following up with questions and answers.
  • Networking with clients, customers, and potential small, mid, and large accounts by participating in monthly luncheons, seminars, and training. 
  • Traveling 15-25% mostly local and regional 
  • Promoting and Marketing the company products during local, regional trade shows, and other specified community events that the supervisor delegates from time to time 
  • Comfortable working within Customer Retention Management software that helps with managing customer data, follow up, and on-going promotions. 

Requirements

  • Prefer student with experience in healthcare delivery system 
  • Perform well in environment that values compassion, helpfulness, patience, and resourcefulness 
  • Engineering background, major, and emphasis 
  • Research and Data Collection experience 
  • Familiar with Google Business Apps 
  • Comfortable with a 100% Commission only role with bonus opportunity based on account selling success and residual income.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes social media to engage with a community of fans/followers online 
  • Coordinates online marketing and advertising campaigns 
  • Collaborates with internal departments on projects and assignments 
  • Demonstrates interest in social media and how media and communication strategies can continuously engage the online community 
  • Complete objectives in a timely fashion which includes: 
  • Email: checking and responding to emails from the team, customers, vendors between the hours of 9am-10am CST daily. 
  • Social Media & Engagement: Create a block of time on the calendar and make sure your calendar is shared with Ron so that he knows when you are performing your primary job responsibility. 
  • Social Media & Engagement includes, but not limited to the following: 
  • Creating post on company provided social media sites 
  • Creating content, taking photos, uploading photos, editing photos, editing content, creative writing, conducting – -research, sourcing information, fact finding, analyzing social media metrics, performance by site, reporting data, – presenting data, sharing data, working with vendors, customers, and other people connected to the brand to further drive reviews, testimonials, videos, pictures, interviews, contests, and polls. 
  • Engaging with new and existing clients to ensure a positive experience has been delivered, and they are enjoying their Jellyfeet. 
  • Engaging with clients on site. Properly merchandising signages, marketing collateral, updating sale sheets, delivering product, answering questions, and being a point of contact between the external business…ie..compounding pharmacy, the company, and the end user. 
  • Responsible for self instruction and continuing education regarding social media, SEO, SEM, customer engagement. At times the company will provide you with dedicated resources that will aid you in performing your duties. 
  • Reputation Management & Customer Service 
  • Obtaining 5 star reviews from clients 
  • Managing the company’s online reputation, negative comments, emails, phone calls, all of which will require follow up. At times the response might include writing an email, a letter, or a face to face conversation with the client to help diffuse the situation and gain the customer’s confidence and potentially a positive review from the customer. 
  • Any negative reviews, comments, voicemails, customer complaints will need to be responded to in 24 hours or less. 
  • To complete and coordinate administrative/general tasks common to/for the company 
  • Work closely with interns 
  • Create and maintain new marketing campaigns, or brand promotions for the company on different sites 
  • Monitor progress using web analytic tools, and answer directly to social media inquiries, all while using the company’s voice and guidelines

The purpose of the Account Sales Executive (ASE) is to manage multiple corporate, small, medium, and large accounts with revenues up to $15mm+. This amount can change based on other responsibilities and dynamics of designated territory. The ASE will be responsible for building strong business relationships through directly selling of company products, services. This role will be directly responsible for the following but not limited to communicating weekly sales updates, selling recaps, business reviews, data entry using company recommended software…e.g., Insightly, and or other software approved by management.

This is an individual contributor role which means you will be responsible for hitting business unit goals assigned by the leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Contact new and existing leads provided by manager, but also new lead cultivation created by the individual through direct selling, face to face, warm, cold, calling, follow up, sales presentations, table events, conferences, local, and regional business development opportunities approved by manager.
  • Manage all aspects of business development and sales in multiple accounts, including creating pipeline updates, and follow up communication.
  • Serve as a key member of sales team who contributes to strategic direction of customer relationship with local and regional accounts.
  • Secure local and regional business with assigned sales goals created by leadership team. Corporate account(s) with an emphasis on products and/or services within core capabilities of the company. Develop, plan and implement strategic selling plans, qualify customer targets, achieve sales objectives including volume, profit and expense to multiunit key accounts.
  • Willingness to collaborate with multiple depts., areas within the business in order to provide an effortless experience to the end user.
  • Manage the business relationship of existing major national account customers. Be their POC for any business opportunities, account management, questions, or concerns.
  • Conduct business reviews with accounts and develop opportunities to penetrate account.
  • Assist the manager of sales including the leadership team with development of new account and business opportunities at the local and regional level

The purpose of the Assistant Marketing and Promotions Executive (AME) is to help drive interest in company branding products, services, while engaging with key customer demographics through market research, analytic data, traveling to local, regional trade shows, demonstrating the use of products and conducting sales presentations whenever needed. This individual will be a self starter, engaged in organizational planning, continuous learning, attention to detail, comfortable meeting new people from many different industries, while having daily, weekly, monthly customer call goals, face to face meeting quotas, and sales presentations all of which to further drive sales results, and compensation. This individual will maintain a remote work environment that can be from their home, our office, or wherever comfortable..e.g., coffee shops.
